- Payment confirmations — limited transaction metadata when you upgrade to a paid report. We do not store card details.
How we use your data
- To generate land intelligence in response to your queries.
- To improve the accuracy of our models and the quality of insights over time.
- To monitor system performance, detect abuse, and maintain reliability.
- To deliver paid reports and confirm transactions where applicable.
Data sources
Insights produced by LandLens are derived from a combination of:

We operate in areas where structured records may be limited, and we combine multiple layers to produce a useful early view.
Data sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share queries or location pins with advertisers or data brokers.
- Limited sharing occurs only with infrastructure providers — for example, cloud hosting, messaging APIs, and payment processors — strictly to operate the service.

Data retention
We retain queries, pins, and related metadata for as long as needed to deliver the service, improve quality, and meet operational requirements. Data is not retained indefinitely, and we periodically review what we keep.
Your controls
- You may request deletion of your messages and associated metadata at any time. Some requests are handled manually.
- You can stop using the service at any point by ceasing to message the LandLens number.
- For data requests, contact us through the same WhatsApp channel.
Security
We apply standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls on internal systems, and limited data exposure to staff and providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that it is, but we treat your data with care.
